The KGI Air Bag Damper System is available on our Self-Steer axle that is structurally rated for 25,000 lb. Like our other axles, this axle is engineered to work with most suspensions and various brake sizes. Our system uses a double convoluted air bag design with adjustable dampening pressure that delivers constant resistance and comes with a heavy duty air-operated steer lock mechanism.

System components were chosen for their durability and dependability. They have superior wear properties and all friction components are highly resistant to abrasion. The Air Bag Damper System, as the rest of the Self-Steer axle, is designed for fast and easy maintenance. When components need to be serviced or replaced, they can be easily removed and installed.
