Luke Genberg is as approachable as they come, strategically balancing his role as a sharp, visionary leader who’s steered KG Industries to new heights. Growing up in the family business, Luke gained hands-on experience in everything – from machining, to welding, to quality control – which shaped his deep connection for championing KGI’s mission. After graduating top of his class in Mechanical Engineering Technology from BCIT, he officially joined the company as a Sales Engineer and steadily worked his way to the position he holds today.
Luke does the work to make everyone feel like they’re part of something bigger. Whether he’s in the office or on the shop floor, Luke’s the person who inspires confidence in everyone and keeps the wheels turning – around the globe.
